What is your return policy for hair products?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Wig units must have tags and lace intact.

Yes, we guarantee that all products, including hair extensions, wigs, and skincare items, are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the original manufacturers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placement; however, once an order has reached the shipping floor, it cannot be modified.
