Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like wigs and hairpieces must remain in their original factory condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Ebonyline account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, hairnets, and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest carrier location; we recommend using a trackable service for your protection.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
